Last night B, Kirstine, Maria and I went downtown for a night on the town since it was Kirstine’s birthday. We went to the Viper Room on Sunset Boulevard and had a blast. There was some excellent live music playing (The Daylights) and a lot of funky characters. We pretty much stayed until they closed and kicked us out. It was really very cool and in some ways close to being at a good club in Copenhagen. A lot of fun (especially for American standards).

Hellyeah is a heavy metal supergroup featuring members of Pantera, Mudvayne, Nothingface, and Damageplan. The members of the band include former Pantera/Damageplan drummer Vinnie Paul Abbott, current Mudvayne members in vocalist Chad Gray and guitarist Greg Tribbett, as well as Nothingface guitarist Tom Maxwell.
B and I went to the Deftones concert at the Avalon on saturday. It was absolutely insane! They always put on a great show and we had a blast. B had never seen them live before so for her it was even more special.
