Me!

Elektronramp was conceived in the year 2003 as a way to express my skills in the field of computer graphics. Since then it has undergone many forms until now where it has changed to a blog so it would be easier for me both to maintain and upload images etc. but also to have a place where I could rave and rant about things important. Also my interests have shifted toward more hardcore programming and development.

Thanks for reading I always appreciate when people have the time to listen to my babbling.

  • I was born on Oct. 24th 1980 in Denmark (a tiny country in Scandinavia) .
  • I’m very proud about my Icelandic roots (my mom was from Iceland)
  • I’m studying Computer Science at DIKU (Computer Science department at the University of Copenhagen)
  • My Myers-Briggs type is ENTJ
  • I work as an IT Architect at IBM
  • I love robots, a lot!
  • I also work as a model and am represented in various agencies around the globe. I’ve done jobs for high profile companies like Dior, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Yoshi Yamamoto, L’Uomo Vogue and more. My motheragency, Unique Models, is based in Copenhagen.
  • I love running, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, hiking, movies, traveling and coding.
  • I like to help people out.
  • I love my beautiful girlfriend very much!

Elektronramp Definition

An elektronramp was originally thought of as another word for an old fashioned CRT monitor (as in my old Commodore Amiga 500). The cathode tube inside the monitor is the ramp and the electrons what it shoots at your eyes, hence the name elektronramp. Very simple actually.
