Last saturday we (B, Jon and me) went to the most awesome event EVER! The Figure 8 World championships at Irwindale Speedway. It’s basically a race with highpowered racecars and they race around in a big Figure 8 with the risk of constantly hitting or getting hit by crossing traffic, hence the 8. It’s THE most fun time. We sat on the edge of our seat for a full hour watching cars nearly crash. Also there was a few other events like Nascar and so forth. But check the Shots section for imagery.
